What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change so we accept cancellations/rescheduling free of charge up to 24hrs prior. For sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs, we will charge 50% of the rate. We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver. Please understand that we are holding an exclusive time slot for you. We make every effort not to cancel from our end and have back up pet sitters in place. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, such as due to extreme weather, you will not be charged.

Are you available on holidays?

We are happy to share our holidays with your fur babies. There is a holiday surcharge in the amount of $10 per service item on the following days:

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day
